Welcome

The word Lucid as defined in the late 1500’s is as follows: Bright, Shining, Clear. From the root Leuk; to shine, easy to understand.

A period of calm or temporary sanity.

To live lucidly is to become sane. It is to end the era of blind reactive living by becoming what we all must eventually become, lucid. In this new perspective we gain the understanding that all existence is a vehicle. It is in this new understanding that we comprehend the nature and controls of this vehicle. It is through this new comprehension that we begin to consciously propel ourselves through experiences with a new appreciation and understanding of who and what we are.

The art of lucid dreaming has been a tool of self exploration for thousands of years. It allows the birth of a new awareness, and profound self reflection that deepens ones sense of understanding of self. It is an unparalleled tool.

What is not yet widely accepted by the collective human consciousness is that what we refer to as “reality” is in fact an extremely dense lucid dream of which we are not only all apart of, but which is perpetuated by our own beliefs. This “dream” is designed to bring about unprecedented leaps in understanding in Source consciousness. We are all the stuff of dreams…

Chapter 7: Extra sensory perception

Chapter 7: Extra sensory perception

Intuition is just another word for Extra Sensory Perception. That is information pulled in by your non localized senses. People who identify themselves as spiritual are very preoccupied with cultivating these aspects of their experience. These abilities are commonly sought after because there is a belief that a person who possesses these talents is somehow more spiritually evolved than someone who does not. Now, everyone experiences a degree of extra sensory perception. Everyone gets funny feelings from an unknown source.

Everyone experiences inexplicable apprehension at times. Everyone has had Déjà vu. Everyone has been in the presence of someone who said exactly what we were thinking exactly when we were thinking it. These are common experiences and although they are frequently rationalized away as coincidence or imagination (which is also a extra sensory tool) they are extra sensory just the same.

What you perceive is contingent on your beliefs.Your initial beliefs are contingent on your soul’s objective. So when a person comes into this contextual reality with an extra sensory gift it is because their souls purpose in that life is aided by them experiencing things that way. Just like you choose the family that will contribute to the experience you are trying to experience. People with extra sensory gifts do not have a monopoly on enlightenment. They chose that context to achieve their objective just like people who do not identify themselves as spiritual chose that perspective. In truth we all are spiritual. Everything is spiritual.

It is common for people who are consciously on the spiritual path to become preoccupied with developing these gifts. This preoccupation becomes counterproductive because the attainment of these non local perceptions is not the objective of the experience you are having. However they may well turn out to be a pleasant side effect. They do not denote a level of awareness. They only signify a core belief that you hold with regards to that subject. For example if someone can see through a wall they may or may not understand that they are one with everything in their perception, but they are able to see through a wall because that person believes that they can. They have no resistance to that experience for whatever reason.

To become preoccupied with the attainment of these abilities overshadows the point of existence. A person is not more or less spiritual because they are able to do these things. As your beliefs shift your perception shifts and that is just a side effect of reincorporation back into yourself. Everything is spiritual, Everything. The most mundane of things is spiritual.

Not only are all aspects of everyday life spiritual but it is the “mundane ”,primary mode of experience which “teaches” everyone on this planet the most ,even people with extrasensory perception. This dense reality is the facilitator for this particular experience. Personal relationships are the greatest of teachers in this reality we are cohabiting. Through our personal experiences we truly see and experience who we are and what we are made of. The less resistant you are the more extra sensory experiences you will have because you will start releasing your beliefs of separation.

The less separate you feel, the less separate your experience will be and that is essential what extra sensory perception is . It is the absence of certain modes of separation. If you believe you are one with everything, it is now possible to know anything about anything or one you want to to the degree you believe or prefer to know it because you are no longer straining out those experiences. Resistance is basically a filter.

Those experiences will come, believe me, but that will not be the point. As anyone who is trying to lose weight can tell you , if you focus on losing weight and not on the beliefs that fuel your eating habits you will achieve no long term success. Only those who seek to change their perception with regard to food, to themselves and to their self worth, those who are concerned with being healthy and having a more loving relationship with food and themselves achieves lasting and meaningful success. Everyone is spiritual and everyone has their unique way of expressing and experiencing it. I have not met one person who I could not see the light of Source in their eyes.

Here are the most common forms of extra sensory perception, as you may start to experience these phenomena as you embark on your spiritual journey.

Telepathy: The ability to know other beings thoughts.

I say being because it is possible to experience this with animals , insects, plants etc...This is sporadically experienced by everyone in the form of mentioning something right after the other person thought of it. This usually happens with someone we feel close to such as with twins or family members. It can really happen with everyone and anyone depending on how close you feel. This perception is a product of the belief that you are joined or one with another person and know what they are feeling.

Clairvoyance: The ability to see non localized happenings, such as in another place or realm.

You may experience visual flashes or mental pictures. They seem like they were downloaded into your head. These might be events that are taking place somewhere else. There are several types of abilities that are lumped under this heading such as the perception of events that have occurred in the past, or which will occur in the future (known as retro cognition and precognition respectively)

Clairaudience: The ability to “hear” non localized information, such as in communication with thought forms (energies and concepts that do not inhabit physical bodies.)

I say “hear” because it is not so much audible hearing as the raw information of sound that is received without the help of your local ears. It is similar to when you “hear” a song in your head. The only difference is that it is non physical energy relaying information to you that may be relevant to but not received from your immediate surroundings.

Clairsentience: the ability to receive non localized information through feeling.

This is the commonly felt “gut feeling”. It also comes in the form of emotional empathy and physical empathy, when you can either feel a person’s emotions or their physical sensations.

Aura viewing: This is the ability to see or sense the electromagnetic field around people or objects.

Everything is energy. Three dimensional contextual things are energy first, this energy can expresses itself as a contextual thing. Even though it is contextual it is possible to perceive its energetic nature simultaneously. That is what an aura is. The ability to see one allows the perceiver to read information about the person/ object that it represents. It is like seeing a person in thought form and contextual 3 dimensional manifestation at the same time. It is the ability to perceive an added dimensional quality that is always present whether we perceive it or not.

These new awareness’s can be valuable in terms of gaining understanding about your experiences but they in and of themselves are meaningless unless the perceiver can do so. I’ve met some who have these abilities and while they are talented fortune tellers and psychic mediums they do not derive much meaning from their daily experiences and are in the dark as to why they are in unfulfilled relationships and professions.

Anything you perceive whether it be extra sensory or run of the mill should be viewed in the spirit of oneness. It all should be a catalyst for love and appreciation in your life. It should always bring you back to yourself and your connection with others. Once we become adept at understanding our more common encounters we can begin to appreciate our extra sensory ones.

Perception is a very personal experience. We are all directors of our own personal movies. Like directors we each have our own styles, our own visions. Francis Ford Copalla’s vision isn’t any less true than Tim Burtons. They are seeing life as it serves them (their soul’s objective) to do so.

Different types of experiences speak uniquely to different people. You will perceive things in the way that services you in that moment, and your perception is always shifting. Have confidence in the way you see things it was tailor made for you. Developing your extra sensory gifts can be an enriching experience, but developing your sense of self worth, and self love is the most important mission you will ever have. The most wondrous gift that a species can ever possess is the ability to love without condition and expectation.

Chapter 12: Re-Creating your personal Mythology

Chapter 12: Re-Creating your personal Mythology

You are the sum of your beliefs. You are the sum of your belief system.

That is who you are being right now. You are shaping your perception through your expectation and your expectations are the product of your beliefs. You cannot expect to get a different experience if you do not have different beliefs. You cannot expect what you do not already have inside yourself.

This life’s purpose is to experience what you already have.
By virtue of this eternal law it is impossible to get what you do not believe you have, it is impossible to receive what you do not expect to receive. Now, if you win the Lottery were you expecting to win? Yes.Unconsciously we believe lots of things about ourselves that we are not aware of. Half the fun of life is surprising yourself with what you don’t consciously know about yourself. You are a cosmic onion forever peeling back the layers of your being, revealing truths not consciously known to you about yourself.

Most are unaware of their true belief system, it reminds me of a bit of dialogue from the movie “The Never Ending story” : “kind people find that they are cruel, brave men discover that they are really cowards.Confronted with their true selves most men run away screaming ! “ People can also be pleasantly surprised to find that they are not as afraid or as morally bankrupt as they previously thought. As I said this realm is a mirror.

If you put on a pair of pants they may look good in your mind’s eye but through the mirror it is discovered that they are ill fitting or the wrong color. Utilizing this law is the key to changing your experience and your life.

Your beliefs are the context for your experience. All of your beliefs combined create a story. You are walking fiction. These beliefs in some people go completely unchallenged and unexamined. An unchallenged story passes into myth and so the Myth becomes your law. If this story that you’ve created is not your preference then you must change your personal myth. You must change the construct of your personal universe. If in your personal myth you are all ways the supporting character and never the lead then you must find out when and where you adopted that myth as truth and then change it as you would if you were writing a short story. Once you realize you have a choice in how you identify yourself you will no longer be locked into playing a role that you do not feel is true for you.

You cannot change the past but you can shape the present moment you can always change your
“clothes”.

Changing how you identify yourself spiritually, emotionally, physically can be a frightening experience, because the unfamiliar sensation of being someone else is well.. unfamiliar. We as a species have certain judgment when it comes to change. Uncharted territory is uncertain and mysterious. We have made the idea of predictability dangerously attractive while we demonize the unknown. Repetition is the opposite of growth and for all intensive purposes impossible because although in our mind we are doing the same thing over and over in actuality everything is changing every second of every day. If we examine a caterpillars journey, from our perspective it is obvious what will happen and what it will become but from the perspective of the caterpillar it is a life, a death, and a rebirth in one experience. They go in to the chrysalis a lethargic, stumpy and sleepy being and emerge a spindly energetic, flitting acrobat with a completely different body. Going through that kind of transformation consciously could be terrifying if you had no understanding or faith in your own creative power.

The biggest obstacle in changing your personal myth that I have observed is this idea of a static truth. The idea that there is an objective static truth is what makes most beliefs passed into personal law difficult to change. When you believe in static truth then those things you believe also become static and unchangeable. The prevalence of this static truth belief makes this next statement hard for some to accept : From a cosmic perspective everything is true. Meaning from Sources vantage point everything that can happen that will ever happen has happened and so it is all true. So what is the difference between personal truth and cosmic truth? Cosmic truth is comprised of everything, It is like a vacation resort. It is all inclusive. A personal truth is that which is true from your perspective, that’s why fighting over religion is nonsensical. It is not necessary for someone else to lie in order to make your truth true.

Your truth is true.. for you and that’s all it need be true for. You are not here to prove your truth, you are here to experience it, to feel it, to hold it up and say” wow this is my truth.” Since your perception is like a Kaleidoscope tube it is always changing aligning and realigning it is always changing it is always in flux.

Your perception is always in flux because your perception is the product of your belief and your belief is a product of your choice of concentration. So since your beliefs are constantly changing your perception is constantly changing and that is why your personal truths are constantly changing and will keep changing for as long as you exist. When you realize that your beliefs, your perception of the world around you and that you yourself is not a fixed thing but an ever shifting ever, changing point of consciousness it will be easier to transform your personal myth to whatever it is you wish it to be.

There is only one Cosmic truth, everything is true. A woman who believes herself unworthy of love can transform into the beloved simply by the act of re identification. I can say from my perspective that as someone who’s experienced abuse as a child I no longer identify with the experience of the abuse. I am no longer the person who had that experience. Was it necessary to confront the pain and fear of that experience to change it? Yes, that is the Alchemical process of the soul and it can truly change the lead of the heart into Gold.

Chapter 1: The Nature of Reality and Perception

Chapter 1: The Nature of Reality and Perception

The nature of reality is somewhat elusive because it is extremely subjective. When we are talking about “reality” what we are actually referring to is perception. In reality we are nothing more than points of perception. We are nothing more than points of perception in an endless sea of consciousness. We can call this consciousness Source consciousness since it is the energy field which is the source of all things. We all come from this endless stream of source energy. The construct of these relationships goes something like this:

(1) Source consciousness- field of pure potential.

(2) Fractal points of perception- Planets, Solar systems, The collective consciousness of a species.

(3) Fractal personalities/ Identities- Individual identities, you ,your neighbor, your dog, your house plant.

So we are the imaginings of a larger perspective which encompasses all life and all experience in the Universe. We are the multiple personalities of God/ Source consciousness. What is the function of our existence? It is to know ourselves through experience. It is to understand and appreciate ourselves through the experience of that which we are, and that which we are not. In this dynamic you have two points of identification.

(1) You are source consciousness.

(2) You are a point of perception through which source consciousness can experience itself.

You have access to both perceptions. You have access to your singular identity through your localized five senses, touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing. You have contact with your source perspective through your Intuition which communicates through your non- localized senses which contains a kind of touch, taste smell, and sight . The difference between localized and non-localized senses is that localized senses are physically specific, meaning they are designed to pull in information from your three dimensional experience.

This information is pulled in through your perceived interaction with solid contextual things. Non localized senses pull information from the broader perspective which encompasses non contextual concepts. It detects energies regardless of whether they are choosing to manifest as matter or not. All contextual things are merely representations of energetic “ideas” or frequencies. Intuitions and feelings of this nature are not felt on the same frequency as 3 dimensional phenomena. They are extracted from a broader perspective, a broader sense of self. These two sets of perceptions are meant to work together in order to promote an accelerated rate of awareness and expansion due to their juxtaposition.

In the Universe there are as many points of perception as there are stars and Galaxies in the endless sea of space. Enlightenment, which is the name given for the attainment of understanding of the nature of existence is not a static level of understanding but rather an endlessly unfolding journey. Everyone and everything is on that journey whether aware or unaware, whether reluctantly or not.

Enlightenment can also be called self actualization, self possession, or Lucidity. These are things we are experiencing to some degree at all times. The amount of awareness a person chooses to have at any point in time has everything to do with the “souls” objective. The way you see, how you communicate with yourself(mental, visual, audible) is the way in which you set up experiences so itcan have the desired result. No way of understanding is better or worse. There are some ways of receiving information that are more conducive depending on the perspective and the objective.

Great leaps in perception usually occur as a result of the subject (person, animal, and planet) desire to see something “different”. This desire is an indicator that your present state of awareness is becoming a poor match to your soul’s objective. It is an indicator that your present perception is becoming “too small”. This is how expansion and growth works on an individual level. It is yearning for “more”. More understanding, more awareness.

When an entire species begins to turn in on itself it is both a precarious time and a great opportunity to make a great transition into a new awareness. These new states will be better equipped to take the species where it wants to go. The time Humanity is experiencing right now is such a time. If we take advantage of the unique opportunities being offered at such a time as this, the metamorphosis that takes place will be remarkable. Our ability to take advantage of an opportunity like this lie’s in our ability to identify and utilize the information that is being offered to us via our life experiences. Understanding who and what you are is essential to understanding your individual purpose. With this “new” understanding we are able to execute such endeavors with awareness and dignity, propelling you forward through existence.

Chapter 5: Navigating through a sea of symbols

Chapter 5: Navigating through a sea of symbols

Symbols have been used throughout history to convey complex, abstract ideas. A symbol can encompass a large emotional concept in a single physical representation. Symbols and allegory have been used for thousands of years to convey philosophical concepts. They can also be used to transport a person to an emotional and spiritual space that has previously been inaccessible. Symbols are not just pretty pictures drawn on a piece of paper. This is just the more widely known and accepted form of symbolism. The nature of “reality” is symbolism. Every single thing you perceive is a 3 dimensional marker for an energetic concept. Exactly like a dreamer in a dream you are traversing through a universe which is (from your perspective) the totality of your beliefs. There is nothing “outside” of you.

These confrontations that you are having with these abstract concepts made manifest are a divine mirror of the beliefs you are holding. It is through this mechanism that a lucid dreamer can achieve deeper understanding and appreciation for who and what he or she is.Everything in your life is a contextual marker allowing you to isolate an abstract concept and hold it up to the” light” so that you might gain a new depth of understanding. Even the mug you take your morning coffee or tea in is a representation of a concept. When you understand this you will travel through your experiences with an attitude of wonder. You will have only one vocation: exploration. You will have only one goal: self actualization.

There are two main kinds of symbols in reality:

Archetypal.

Personal.

Archetypal symbols are symbols that are widely understood by a collective to mean relatively the same thing. In a collective consciousness examples of these types of symbol are: Religious symbols: crosses, pentagrams, the star of David, the crescent moon and star, . A time. It feels like a costume that’s fun to put on but then you just want to take it off again.

Reality is an extremely personal and subjective experience by which source animal sything you were experiencing was trying to tell you something about yourself, something very important would.

Symbols: Doves, black cats, wolves ravens, snakes. This type of symbolism is commonly used in native cultures as well as western mythology, and the meaning varies depending on region. Popular Culture symbols which can be anything from company logos to Computer shorthand such as,@. Numerological symbols: individual numbers and numerical sequences have characteristics attributed to them such as in Hellenistic astrology, and Pythagorean philosophy, the thought being that numbers carry frequencies. Having knowledge of these frequencies and corresponding characteristics, one can predict eventualities in reality and nature.

The second type of symbol is personal. Personal Symbols are everyday objects, people, situations, Their meanings depend entirely on how you feel with regard to them. They are in no way universal. Like individual fingerprints a person’s reality is a world entirely onto itself. We all express and experience our own interpretations of source. The act of observing the feelings that arise when you are observing the symbol is the means by which you decipher what it means to you, for example: The coffee cup on the table in front of me makes me feel warm and hopeful. It has a picture of the Florida Keys on it. I vacationed there and was married there. It represents having faith in your instincts because when I went there I’d never been there before. I went on a gut instinct and I loved it. I enjoy using this cup. It feels like me.

I have another mug which was a gag gift from my brother and his wife. It is oversized and pink and has questionable language on the front. When I see this I feel funny and a little embarrassed. It reminds me of my sister in law who is always telling me I should be more outspoken. I love this cup but I can’t use it all the as conversations with itself. In this new awareness the experience of duality and contrast is obsolete. The need for defense and survival are no longer viable. Walking out into the world with the posture of” I will react”.”I will defend, and destroy all perceived threats.” is a liability. All of these past assumptions and postures obstruct the valuable jewels that lie beneath the surface of your experiences. We must shift from being a dualistic, reactive, and volatile ego centered race in order to insure that we thrive on this planet. We must shift our centers to our higher broader selves, we must quite literally turn our perception upside down.

We must not push down or sacrifice our innate beingness and our capacity for self healing for the empty promises of a tomorrow that may never come if we continue this way. When are willing to shift to this new perspective, this unity perspective, we will see the dissolving of modalities of suffering, oppression and dis-empowerment. These concepts will no longer be relevant. When we as a collective adopt this very simple, very practical new paradigm, we will see what we are truly capable of. It will truly be your life you are living.

Since deciphering personal symbols will be the bulk of most people’s experiences it is important to know how to utilize them. If you were aware in every moment of your life that every ’t you listen? So many times I have watched people (myself included) totally bail on the moment that they were in.

I’ve seen them try every way they can to distract themselves from the present moment. If the “Life”
experience was a concert most of us would be that person who spends the entire concert on their I Phone texting and Tweeting and sharing the very experience that they themselves are distracted from. It is so very important to be present in your experiences. Showing up to your experiences with this new perspective is all a human Being needs to do in order to navigate consciously though his/ her experience. The concept is very easy simple and practical yet it is rarely done. It is rarely done because we are accustomed to coping with life as opposed to facing it head on. We have had as collective low expectations in terms of our ideas about
personal happiness. It is widely accepted that the less you can feel the more you can dull the better. These are not the beliefs of a race that has faith in its purpose.

People frequently if not always confuse coping with what makes them happy. Happiness is not a coping mechanism; happiness is the discovery of what truly centers and gives health and vitality. The pursuit of happiness is the pursuit of health and the pursuit of oneness and the pursuit of balance. To attain material goods and services in the hope that you will achieve some kind of relief from the pain, and discomfort you're experiencing is the folly of most people. The idea that the pursuit of individual happiness is somehow selfish is a misunderstanding of what happiness truly is.

Happiness is not the attaining of material goods or services. Happiness is a decision to be true to one's own internal compass, to be the embodiment of one’s authentic self. Greed is not the byproduct of the pursuit of happiness. Greed is the byproduct of the belief that in order to be comfortable you must cope and dull yourself with three dimensional things. So in reality greed is the by product of a very low expectation, the expectation that you cannot ever truly be happy to your core.

Greed comes from the belief that true happiness and peace cannot be achieved and the only "joy" in life is the obtaining of material possessions and power over others in order to keep this deep feeling of incompleteness unhappiness at bay. So by all means pursue your own happiness, but be aware of the difference between what makes you happy and what keeps you comfortably dull.

Confronting your mirror self ,your hidden beliefs is the way in which we experientially become acquainted with source. This life is not about delivering yourself from the 3rd dimension. We are not meant to escape this existence as if it were a burning building, we are here to face it and in the process of facing it , transmute it into our paradise.

As I stated earlier, staying with yourself, staying with your experience of what is occurring and observing your feelings is the most important thing. Observing your own thoughts, and feelings in relation to what you perceive is the only way you will know why the things that are manifesting in your life are manifesting. No amount of self help literature or seminars can equal or help you figure your world out as much as your own inner guidance. Often when a person embarks on this sort of introspective experience they feel confused as to what they are feeling at any given moment. This is because they are not used to listening to themselves and at first everything feels a bit vague.

I am a stay at home Mother and I am accustomed to the way my daughters talk, my youngest is three and when she speaks it is garbled and broken. To me her meaning is crystal clear but to my husband who works and is out most of the day she sounds as if she is speaking some foreign language. This example is my attempt to illustrate that the language of the physical and emotional body can be very cryptic to the possessor of that body if that person is not accustomed to listening to it . If you are accustomed to coping with your life it might take you a little bit of time to become accustomed to the ways in which you communicate with yourself.

The emotional body of a person is the field in which we communicate to ourselves whether what we are experiencing or contemplating experiencing is something that is in accordance with our higher preferences. I say higher preference because sometimes we find that it is true for us to experience things which at the moment we would not like to prefer but we must experience for the “greater Good" of ourselves, or rather our souls purpose.

So, when I say preferences I am meaning what your souls purpose would have you do as opposed to what would make you less uncomfortable right now. The ways in which we become more accustomed to listening to our internal compasses are, we must first get in touch with our bodies. Our bodies like everything else in our realities are a metaphor for our respective beliefs. Our bodies are the amalgamation of our beliefs and attitudes about ourselves and ourselves in terms of the world we create. We manifest these bodies out of a desire to experience specific concepts. Our bodies are concepts that experience concepts. We pull in information and based on this information we form new beliefs. When we cease to form new concepts and beliefs, when our expansion slows we start to atrophy. All ideas and concepts start to lose steam after a while and if there is not sufficient flow of energy, if we are not constantly renewing our sense of self via our experiences we begin to wane. It is the disintegration of a thought which is you.

Your body speaks to you through meridians. These meridians are focal points for energy. These energies are representations of areas of experience. They embody ideas which are areas for exploration. These are commonly called chakras. These “areas” represent sub divisions of experience. They are a clear representation of the energies that exist in and all around you.

These points are located as follows:

(a) The crown chakra- located is at the top center of the head. Corresponding color is Violet, its area is Source consciousness connection.

(b) The Third Eye chakra- Located in the center of the forehead. Corresponding color is Indigo. Its area is unity perception. Intuitive wisdom

(c) The Throat chakra- location is the middle of the neck. Corresponding color is Blue. It’s area is communication.

(d) The Heart Chakra- located in the middle of the chest. Corresponding color is Green. Its area is empathy, love.

(e) The Solar plexus Chakra- located in the middle of the abdomen a bit above the belly button. Corresponding color is Yellow. It’s area is self assurance, confidence, emotional center.

(f) The Sacral Chakra- located in the middle of the lower abdomen below the belly button. Corresponding color is Orange. Its area is creativity, sexuality, conception. Its color is Orange.

(g) The Base or Survival Chakra- Located at the base of the spine in the middle of the lower back. Corresponding color is Red. Its area is your tie to earth energy, your tie to your contextual identity. Your right to exist in this earthly context.

These centers are fractal elements of the collective experience which is you. Just like we are fractals of source these centers are fractals of us. They are specific areas of our experience. They are represented this way in the design of our bodies as a tool of appreciation and exploration. As tools of expansion we are built to take in information about who we are to gain depth of understanding and then redefine who we are again. In order for our physical equivalents to work as they were meant to we must observe the information that is present, process this information and then form our new concepts and beliefs out of our preferences.

Once we understand a concept we digest it and spit it out and then it is transformed into another concept / belief. This process is always happening. It is never not happening in contextual reality. When we chose to consciously participate in it, it speeds the expansion process. It lessens the density of reality for us because in reality density is just resistance that slows or holds back (temporarily) the flow of energy for the sake of experience. Density is like the breaks on a car. It allows experience to happen in a slower drawn out way in order to experience things separately. The faster the vibration the more” together” everything is, hence Source is the fastest/ highest vibration, it is non vibration. It is the ultimate homecoming because it is the inclusion of everything.

Whenever we are feeling “close” to something or someone else we are a feeling a glimpse of that which is the truth of everything and that’s why it feels so damn good. We must understand that our bodies are not actual things. They are representations of ideas. We communicate our preferences through them. When we pay attention to what our bodies are saying to us in experiences , we are able to consciously choose the beliefs we are going to internalize instead of going through our experiences by default. When we are about to get into a car with someone and our stomach tells us something is amiss and we acknowledge it, we can consciously choose to be a person who is not resonating with a car crash, instead of a person who goes through the crash experience and has regret, or worse yet ,one who discounts their instincts entirely and decides to believe they are a victim of circumstance.

Every sensation you have in your person is attempting to relate information to you. The corresponding Chakra center is the clue as to what it has to do with you. If you are around someone who gives you a stomach ache it is reason to believe that your issue with that person has to do with your self assertiveness. If you are trying to understand why you are having such a hard time at work listen to your body while you are their relating to that situation.

What do you feel? Is it tension? Where is that tension?

You use the same line of questioning I mentioned in the previous chapter about shifting beliefs. Becoming aware and in tune with your emotional body allows for swift recognition of resistances that you hold in all areas of your life. It is imperative that you learn to pay attention to yourself. What is happening outside of you is only important in so far as it is a direct depiction of what is actually going on inside of you.

When we perceive exclusively with Ego we are stuck in past moments, past remembrances and past Identities. We cannot decipher the present with this mode of perception. The Ego is the lord of the past. It cannot make sense of the present because it is a static snap shot. When you perceive through Ego you are eclipsing the present moment and all of its opportunities with the past. Identifying yourself consciously with your higher self and staying in the moment ends that type of self defeating practice.
